Sesame Ginger, Smoked Kelp Sauce
Sesame Ginger, Smoked Kelp Sauce Recipe
Best used as a dressing for salads and bowls, this recipe makes approx 200ml of sauce.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon Tahini
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Kelp Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame oil
- 1.5 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 3 teaspoon Olive oil/Avacado oil
- 1 tablespoon Tamari or soy sauce
- 1.5 tablespoon Fresh grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon Maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon water
Prep time: 10 minutes
Directions
In a small food processor or mixing bullet, combine the dressing ingredients, and blend until smooth.
If your dressing is too thick, add a little water to thin it to your desired consistency.
