Sesame Ginger, Smoked Kelp Sauce

Sesame Ginger, Smoked Kelp Sauce Recipe

Best used as a dressing for salads and bowls, this recipe makes approx 200ml of sauce.

  • 2 tablespoon Tahini  
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Kelp Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame oil 
  • 1.5 tablespoon Rice vinegar 
  • 3 teaspoon Olive oil/Avacado oil
  • 1 tablespoon Tamari or soy sauce 
  • 1.5 tablespoon Fresh grated ginger 
  • 1 teaspoon Maple syrup or honey 
  • 1 tablespoon water 

Prep time: 10 minutes


In a small food processor or mixing bullet, combine the dressing ingredients, and blend until smooth.

If your dressing is too thick, add a little water to thin it to your desired consistency.
