Using salvaged wood chips from local mills, we’ve added a bold, smokey bite to our kelp, offering a deepened flavour profile where delicately sweet notes come through the unique combination of wood smoke and glorious ocean umami.
The gentle but striking Smoked Kelp flavour is heightened by the natural saltiness of kelp, making for delicious seafood that will keep you coming back for more. Smoked Kelp Flakes will add delicious texture and taste to any meal.

Using a spoon (or fingers) sprinkle kelp flakes onto all your favourite dishes to finsih them off with a boost of smokey umami and a little crunch. Best added as a final ingredient just before eating. Start with a pinch and add more to taste. Avoid sprinking over steaming food to ensure flakes stay dry and fresh!

Do you add flavours to this product?
Nope! We naturally smoke our smoked kelp products in house so you taste the amazing ocean flavours of the kelp alongside the rich natual smoke.
Do you add salt to this product?
Nope! While we rinse the sea water off all of our kelp, there is naturally occuring salts within the kelp itself that remain once dried, adding to the natural saltiness of the kelp.
What is the shelf life of this product?
If stored correctly, product will last up two years.
